Check

Qualify client for natural stone or quartz surfaces applications

Decide on Edge Type

Decide on color tone, light, dark, yellow, gold, blue, black, brown, tan, green, red, white, grey, etc.

Decide if client wants lava movement, erratic movement, moderate grain flow, no grain flow

Decide on back splash application:  4”, Full, tile, etc.

Decide on sink configuration

Decide on faucet configuration

Email or fax detailed topical to scale kitchen design layout to estimating

Indicate on layout, walls, finish edges, radius’s, ellipses, scallops, cutouts, jobsite location, client name, estimated date of completion

Ideally, schedule appointment with Marco Jette’ LLC for client at least five weeks prior to installation of cabinets

If requotes: please fax or email revised layout and any changes and additional budget requests

Provide clients with sample of cabinet wood color for assistance in natural stone selection

Confirm Material approval with Marco Jette LLC

Finalize contract with client, verify color selection, edge types, back splash, cutouts, etc.

Send Purchase order or contract to Marco Jette LLC with Deposit Payment

Schedule template and install date preferably 2 weeks prior to estimated date of cabinet installation.

If rush order call Marco Jette LLC so we may attempt to accommodate need to satisfy clients urgent demands

Confirm template date or reschedule Note: cabinets must be perfectly level for natural stone tops!

Confirm install date or reschedule

Confirm rework dates if project not completed on 1^st attempt of install”

Collect final payment

Follow up on service
